I strive to make each of my creations unique.  If I find a style in demand or popular however, I may make additional. When this is the case, each will vary slightly.  I use a variety of elements and materials (new/vintage/found/up cycled) which I find adds to the character and uniqueness of my jewelry.  Due to the fact that I use a wide range of materials, some may be more delicate in nature due to product or age.  I do my best to make them all wearable, but please handle with care & your jewelry will have a long life.  Handmade items are not "perfect" but that is not my style.  Most items will not be perfectly symmetrical, and to me that is part of the art and beauty and at times whimsy of my handmade jewelry.


CARE RECOMMENDATIONS

It is best to remove jewelry before bed, swimming or showering.

Some of the metals I use will patina over time or are already vintage.  They can develop an aged appearance.  This is OK and expected.   


SHIPPING AND HANDLING

From purchase, please allow 2-3 days for your item to be shipped. I use USPS for shipping and will update you with a tracking number once I have received it via email. If there is an issue with USPS please contact them directly.

Free shipping is for United States only.  If you are interested in shipping internationally, please contact me directly.


CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders can be placed through email: dominique@cozyandcoco.com

I will discuss the idea with you, which may include sending you images to get approval of design, pricing etc.  Custom order times will vary depending on the item(s) requested and I will provide a time estimate once we have agreed on the design.  Once you have confirmed your order 50% of item cost will be collected.  On completion the remaining 50% will be collected just before shipping.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you receive a damaged item or are unhappy with your purchase please reach out to me via email for a possible exchange or refund if applicable. Exchanges and refunds will be evaluated on a case by case basis. If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to me within 7 days of receipt so I can find a solution for you.
