Depending on your booking, we may provide additional preparation guidance beforehand. For wellness services such as Pilates, yoga, meditation, breathwork or sound bath sessions, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and having a quiet space available.

If your appointment is taking place at a hotel, workplace, event venue or private residence, our team will advise any specific requirements prior to your booking.
